Definitely an awesome fight. Got very tight there for a few minutes, props for bringing it on that wormhole. |

Quick blow by blow.
About an hour or so before the fight, HK were sieged in, and didn't have hole control, while one of our POSes went down.We were forming up a last-stand fleet of carriers, lokis and dreads.
Our invaders noticed this, and moved to try and cages us in with bubbles, so we backed off on our plan and retreated to another pos temporarily. within 10-20 minutes beyond this point, sleeper social club scanned into us from their home, and we quickly moved to take position around that wormhole, bubble it up, and hold it so SSC could move in with subcaps and a few extra capitals.
We all moved out and proceeded to take control of our static in force, and our scouts found a nullsec within reasonable range of an exit that Verge of Collapse and Kill it with Fire had. They immediately started making their way to us.
W-Space, NOHO and AHARM sized up the situation, and decided to bring it to us, but they took just long enough for VoC/LF to get to our static and were in position to jump into our system and reinforce our fleet.
Final counts were something like 140 members (VoC/LF/HK/SSC/PenUmb), to 60-70, but without VoC/LF, it would have been a tight fight, due to the overwhelming subcap support our invaders had. |
